Update frequency changes#25

Hello… Currently I believe the feed updates on a daily basis. Can you make it such as one can be able to choose the frequency. Such like every 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks… I think sometimes when someone has other updates they are doing on the account, the updates sometimes overwhelm the account. So if one would be able to have the updates paused for a few days then there would be space to do other updates on our own maybe with supplemental feeds.
